BEAR FESTIVAL MILANO 2026

The packs are not mandatory to attend the events, but they offer exclusive benefits to those who purchase them. Among the included benefits are drinks, gadgets and dedicated discounts. As always, access to the Company Club is reserved for all ARCO members (here all the INFO) with a valid ID.
Purchasing a pack allows you to save on drinks at every event, receive exclusive event gadgets, enjoy priority access and benefit from dedicated discounts. It is not mandatory, but it is the best way to fully enjoy the events. Inside the packs you will find drink tickets. Each ticket can be split and used as a first drink, or for a cocktail with a maximum value of 9 euros, or for two soft drinks.
Drinks can be used by directly handing the ticket to the bar. They will be valid exclusively at Company Club Milano on dates between April 23 and May 3, 2025.
They are NOT valid for parties that require a separate pre-sale ticket.

The priority access included in the pack allows faster entry, avoiding queues, during the events on April 24, 25, 30 and May 1, 2, 2025, which are considered the busiest dates at Company Club Milano.
Inside the pack you will find paper wristbands with the indicated dates: they must be worn throughout the entire evening and shown at the entrance. To use the priority access, we recommend checking the scheduled events for those dates directly in the event program.
Caps and t-shirts can be selected directly at Company Club Milano every evening starting from the beginning of the event. There will be a dedicated area for packs and gadget sales where you can collect your item. Caps are one size fits all and available in multiple colors, while t-shirts range from size S to 5XL, depending on availability.
Inside the packs you will find a discount card to be shown at Company Club Milano or at the partners listed on the card, in order to benefit from the included discounts.
Yes, but only for events at Company Club, from April 23 to May 3, 2026. Pre-sale parties are excluded.
After purchase, you will receive an email with a QR code that must be shown at the entrance on the first event you attend. You will then be guided to the collection desk. Please note that on the following days, it is mandatory to wear the wristbands included in the pack before entering the club, in order to benefit from priority access on the indicated dates as well.
